Recently she designed and created a board-game style learning activity, and is continuing to research ways that games can improve learning and productivity. Veronica's other interests include singing (in an a capella trio), playing board games, genealogy, and yoga.

Everyone wonders how the CFO of an IT company started an Event Planning company. Well, working as a key member of Kardon Group and other technology providers for 20 years, Karla Kreitner started doing events when she organized the companies’ annual client meetings and seminars. The company would host training seminars and client appreciation events around the country. Airline and hotel reservations as well as complete agendas, meeting rooms and all other venue arrangements were coordinated by Karla. Not only did Karla do a fantastic job year in and year out, but she enjoyed that aspect of planning successful events. Thus the creation of Kardon Events. Since the start of Kardon Events in 2006, Karla has orchestrated one of a kind events that include Client & Employee Appreciations, Birthday and Anniversary parties, major fundraisers and unique corporate and social events.

Kyla Lines is a lawyer practicing exclusively in the area of Family Law. Formerly a Staff Attorney to the Honorable Cynthia D. Wright in the Superior Court of Fulton County's Family Division, Kyla went into private practice in 2010, and along with partners Dan Bloom and Melody Richardson, formed Richardson Bloom & Lines LLC in 2015. Richardson Bloom & Lines LLC is located in Midtown and is Atlanta's premier Family Law firm. Kyla's goal is to make a difficult situation better for her clients; she handles all aspects of divorce, child custody disputes, modification of child support, and modification of custody. Kyla also frequently serves as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem in contested custody cases. Kyla lives in East Lake with her dogs Emma, a scary-smart Rottweiler, and Ollie, a not-so-smart labby-mutt. When she is not helping her clients with their divorce and custody cases, she can often be found on the tennis court. Kyla has been an active member of ALTA since she first picked up a tennis racquet in 2001, and she also enjoys playing in multiple singles tennis leagues.

Marni Ratner founded Studio M Interiors, a full service interior design company, six years ago as a product of her 15+ years of experience in commercial and multi-family interior design. After working at several larger architectural/interiors firms, Marni decided the best way to provide the highest level of service and attention to detail for clients was to open her own small shop catering to the multi-family developer as well as residential clients. Her team specializes in creating memorable spaces while keeping it simple for all aspects of a project. As an independent business owner, Marni has been involved with all aspects of a project including marketing, writing proposals, client interaction, conceptual design, and design development thru construction and installation. She has project management experience ranging from large-scale university housing projects and corporate headquarters to small tenant office build-outs. In addition, she has provided turnkey interior services for apartment and condominium developers for both new construction and renovation projects. Marni received an undergraduate degree in Interior Design from The University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in Architecture.
